As a Financial Accountant you will be responsible for the bookkeeping and reporting for different entities.

Bookkeeping:

Maintains day to day bookkeeping of the Dutch entities:
✓ Debtors, creditors, banks, etc.
✓ General ledger accounting (Cost centers)
✓ Intercompany loan

Reporting:
✓ Preparation of annual accounts according to external legislation and company guidelines
✓ Provides in quarter- and year-end closing (actual, budget and forecast) to IFRS and for tax purposes
✓ Provides accurate, complete and up to date financial information. Including specification and monitoring of balance positions on monthly bases.
✓ Keeps the loan administration up to date in cooperation with the Group Treasurer

Jouw achtergrond

✓ MBA or SPD
✓ Good working knowledge of accounting (general JE’s, etc.)
✓ Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience with an emphasis in the real estate industry
✓ Experience in property management and financial analysis is preferred
✓ Be conscientious about achieving deadlines and has an accurate work product.
✓ Good written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in concise and timely manner.
✓ Excellent (financial) analytical skills
✓ Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
✓ Computer literate particularly with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
✓ Self-starter and quick learner who is enthusiastic, willing and able to take on responsibility and feels comfortable working as part of a team
✓ Customer oriented with a problem solving approach

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

We offer you a competitive monthly salary (max 45/60k per year) The job is for 40 hours a week.
